Hi Everyone! Halfway through the month and I’m so ready for the Fall fashion!! I know Christian Girl Autumn is the meme for this time but I love the cooler weather and all the activities and fashion that comes with it. Here are some of the fall fashion trends that I’ve seen and have started ordering clothes for!
Fall Trend 1: Leather Everything
I feel like one fall trend that always make an appearance every season is leather. For fall and winter, some of the more common pieces are leather pants or button up blouses. I definitely want to grab a pair of these Aritzia Pants. I think they will look so chic for the fall! This one from Express also looks so good and perfect for Fall! Another way to wear the trend will be with a button up shirt; this one from Abercrombie seems like an easy way to wear it and also falls into another trend – brown tones! One other way I’d wear this trend is with a skirt! I think the contrast between leather and a chunky knit is unmatched and it gives me such parisian vibes. Here’s another good alternative with some more detailing!
Fall Trend 2: Sage Green
This green slowly started coming into the picture last spring and now is here to stay. I own 1 very soft sweater from Abercrombie that I got last February. Not really sure how this color made into a fall trend, but I’m here for it.I did get this dress from Nasty Gal that I love and it’s almost like a mix between grey and green and it’s so pretty! I feel like this shirt is a really good staple to have in your closet too. I love stripes and I think that this top is perfect for now and for spring!
Monochromatic Outfits
This trend is pretty easy to create and you don’t even need to grab new things! Monochrome doesn’t necessairly mean only the same shade of color can be worn. Experimenting with creams and whites is one easy way to do it. Another easy outfit would be a black sweater, grey jeans, black booties, and a black leather jacket easily give you a monochrome look. For this trend in 2020, colors such as lavender, blue, or brown are the main types of color stories that are seen.
Fall Trend 3: Coats
One of my favorite fall trends, or rather just staple, is a good coat. If you know me, you know I love coats! My all time favorite ones come from Zara! The red one shown below is probably my most prized. I had the best black on from there in 2014 but I gained weight and stopped fitting into it so I’ve been on the hunt for the perfect black coat. I love this plaid print one that would look so chic with an all black look or even with black jeans and a cream sweater. This black one from H&M is one that’s super cute too!
