Hi Everyone! Hope you’re doing well! I think it’s established that this summer will definitely be a summer where we’re out and about. I sadly have not stopped shopping since the panini started, however, summer sandals are definitely something I am looking at from a new perspective!
Nine West Sandals
A lot of my summer sandals are from like 2016-2017 and I unlike many bloggers, keep my shoes to wear for as long as I can. My favorite ones were the Sam Edelman Yardely’s but I honestly have only bought maybe 1 or 2 flat sandals over the past 2 years. With that being said, I was scrolling through Instagram the other day and I saw an ad for Nine West. This was super strange to me, I remember them from back in the day when they had a store and were everywhere.
Anyways, I scrolled through the ad and some of the shoes are actually very cute! I ended up going online to see a few more and I loved their vibe. So, I ordered these strappy flat sandals that I think are so perfect for Spring/Summer. I also got a super cute wraparound block heel which is perfect for weddings or brunch! I got a size 9 for all my shoes and they’re pretty true to size, I would recommend sizing up a half size just in case.
Zara Sandals
There are also a few from Zara that I saw and loved! The first pair are these super cute gold sandals: I got something very similar last year but I got a whole size too big so getting these so they a) fit better and b) can be worn with my suits too. I think this type of sandal adds so much by doing so little and is great for evening events or even winery days. I also saw these super cute pearl sandals which I think add a cute touch to any outfit.
Zara also has these like slide-type sandals that I own. They’re pretty good for day-to-day and not that hard to break in! These sandals also caught my eye for some reason. I think the sparkles are so pretty, I love the neutral sparkle rather than that super blingy rhinestone steve madden seems to add on every sandal these days.
Old Navy Slides
Lastly, I got these espadrille slide sandals from Old Navy. Old Navy is a gold mine sometimes; for me, I usually get all my PJs from here. They’re super cute and a good option instead of the same old slide sandals or espadrilles! I will say, I got a blister within .02 seconds of wearing them so tbd on comfort. I haven’t seen any cute espadrille styles out recently. I do want to get a new pair this year and I’m debating between the Chanel’s or the YSL ones. TBD on that for now but let me know if you get any of these!
